MacTown Rebel Rollers, (MTRR) is a non-profit organization designed exclusively for the purpose of promoting the sport of Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby in the Rio Grande Valley. MTRR is a league comprised of strong, motivated, fearless women who train to the fullest of their individual abilities, respect their team mates and competitors, and love the sport of Roller Derby. MTRR fosters the empowerment of females of all races, ages, and body types, backgrounds, and skill levels, and to instill a sense of sisterhood, loyalty, hard work, and competitiveness among our skaters, and a sense of family among our organization as a whole. MTRR exists to provide an opportunity to build a positive relationship with women in the community through the sport of roller derby while entertaining fans and enriching our community.
